I placed my order. When will it ship? Orders usually ship within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation + tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. You will be notified if there is a delay for any reason.

What shipping method do you use? All domestic/USA orders ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. Orders to the rest of the world ship USPS 1st Class International. USA orders carry a flat rate shipping cost of $5 with FREE shipping on orders over $75 with code XOBLOOM. International orders carry a flat rate shipping cost of $20 (Canada/Mexico $15). International orders take approximately 7-14 business days to reach their destination.

I just started using BLOOM. What can I expect? Beginning the BLOOM beauty ritual is akin to “detoxing” your skin. It may take your skin a week or so to adjust before you really start to see and feel results. BLOOM’s  beauty ritual may be more than some women are used to doing for their skin, but after a day or two it’s a snap. For most bloomies, it becomes a part of the day they relish because it smells and feels so beautiful.

Do I need to use a separate face wash before following the BLOOM beauty ritual? BLOOM’s Essentials Kit is all you need to completely cleanse, hydrate and nourish your skin. Wet your face with water, then remove eye makeup with GLOW on a damp cotton pad. The water will loosen up makeup and GLOW will take it off. Rinse your face and then mix a little GLOW in with POLISH to make a paste in your palm. Apply to your face and give it a gentle scrub. Rinse with lukewarm water. A really warm (but not super hot) wash cloth is a lovely way to gently remove any excess and open your pores before using HYDRATE and NOURISH. Of course, you may use a gentle cleanser or eye makeup remover before following the BLOOM beauty ritual if you wish.

Can I apply an oil-based serum to my oily skin? Yes. In fact, applying BLOOM’s therapeutic serum for oily skin will help to balance sebum production. Constantly stripping oils out of your skin tells your cells to make more oil, which leads to overproduction. Turning off these signals allows your skin cells’ oil production to normalize after a period of time. Oily and Combination skin types should be sure to spritz with HYDRATE prior to applying serum and start with only 1-2 drops of serum (NOURISH). After a few days, you can adjust the amount of serum you use depending on the level of oiliness in your skin.

My RESTORE or REPLENISH arrived liquified rather than creamy. What’s the deal? Because BLOOM is committed to using only what will feed and nourish the skin (and skipping the water and chemical emollients), RESTORE and REPLENISH are sensitive to summer heat and may liquify during shipping or travel. If this happens, just chill for about 30 minutes and then let them come back to indoor temperature. Summer consistency is similar to soft butter, winter consistency is closer to lip balm. Either way, RESTORE and REPLENISH melt on contact with the skin and provide powerful vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for beautifully glowing skin.

Yay! I’m pregnant, can I use BLOOM? First off – congratulations, mama! All BLOOM products are nontoxic, pure, gentle and 99-100% organic. However, pregnant women should check with their physicians and decide for themselves if they want to change their skin care regimen to BLOOM or any new lines during pregnancy. Our bodies change quite a bit during pregnancy, so always test a small amount of product on your wrist first to see if you have a reaction.

Are BLOOM products gluten and soy free? While we do not use any gluten-or-soy-containing ingredients in our formulas, we cannot guarantee that all of our ingredients are 100% free of cross contamination. If you have a gluten sensitivity, please test a small amount of BLOOM on your wrist first to see if you have a reaction.

How should I take care of my products? All BLOOM products are 100% preservative free, however the botanical oils work as natural preservatives. Please see individual items on the Shop page for usage timelines. Products should be stored away from heat and water with lids tightly closed. Do not keep POLISH in the shower, as the humidity and moisture will negatively affect the formula. Always use the wooden scoop provided to remove POLISH from the jar. 

What is BLOOM’s return policy? Returns will be accepted as long as we receive them back within 21 days of your order being delivered to you. Containers must have no less than 50% of product in order to receive a full refund. It is the customer’s obligation to pay for return shipping.
